Camp in the Heartland of Kentucky 2017 year round. Pull into the Elizabethtown Crossroads Campground in the heart of the Bluegrass State, and you'll begin to understand the soothing lyrics of My Old Kentucky Home. Rest easy in this quiet wooded setting while the kids burn energy in the pool, playground and pet-walk area playing with the dog.
We have enclosed the pavilion into a recreation/meeting room with heat and air. There are restrooms in this building as well as a game room. The rec room is available for camping club meetings or potluck dinners or may be rented for family reunions, parties or cook outs. Make your plans for 2017 and call for reservations early in order to reserve the rec room for your club meetings.
We offer pull thru/back in sites with 50/30 and 30 amp service as well as cable at most sites. Also, a swimming pool, cabins (with heat/ac, cable), and LP gas. We have clean bathrooms, showers and a limited grocery store including basic RV supplies. We have added central air to the showers and laundry. We recently added WIRELESS INTERNET for campers who want to check their e-mail or find information on local restaurants and attractions nearby, such as: Abraham Lincoln's Birthplace, Mammoth Cave National Park, Fort Knox-Patton Museum or many other Elizabethtown area sights.
We are only 40 minutes from Louisville so make your plans to stay at our campground and visit the Louisville attractions such as The Kentucky Derby, Thunder over Louisville (the largest fireworks display in the country!) Freedom Hall, the Louisville Expo/Convention Center, Kentucky State Fair, the Louisville Slugger Bat Museum, and much more!
